Hi All,

I tried the last two BETA weekends with a Elem/Nec build but found i wasnt using any of the Nec skills and opted for all out Fire and Earth skills that were great fun.

Trouble i had was that i get a bit over excited and end up right in the middle of the fight every time and i was getting taken down loads.

As a result i'm thinking of going Warr/Elem for the real game so i can get stuck in AND cast a few skills but worried i'm not going to have the Energy to cast the spells i want?

Also would i get more health going Warrior Primary or is it just the armour thats different?

Could i go Warrior secondary and get any of the benefits of going warrior other than just the skills?

Any help or advice would be appreciated!

Sounds like you wanna deal damage, and heal yourself. Warrior isent the best way to go, where you were is the best way to go. Necro's have great drain spells, and can keep their health up with ease. They can deal consistent damage to the enemy, while staying alive.

I'm thinking of rolling a war/el aswell....
take some physical attacks, and match them up with AOEs that way i can tank and deal damage to everyone around me aswell as my main target.

any thought on this?

well, unless you take some energy-boosting items / armour, you won't be able to cast a lot of the AoE skills. One option is to rush in with Armour of Mist, (can't attack / be attacked) spam some AoE then run out again quickly.

Warrior / Elem isn't really viable for much AoE damage unless you have some energy management skills, which reduces the skill space for your warrior and AoE skills.
